Booking Policy
Change of booked date more than 14 days prior to the trip departure date can be rolled over another day with no extra charge within 90 days of date booked. Change within 14 days prior to the trip will be subject to re-arrangement or cancellation and 50% refund minus 5% handling charge of the original purchase to the original purchaser.
Cancellation Policy
All expedition trips are refundable fully minus handling charge of 5%, if cancelled 30 days within the original purchase payent date. All trips are refundable at 50% minus 5% handling chage of the original purchase, if cancelled within 14 days prior to the trip departure date or may be rolled over to a future trip within 90 days of date booked. Otherwise, no refund is accepted.
